Roma have confirmed they received €25m from Milan for Alessio Romagnoli, but they retain a sell-on clause.
The Italian Under-21 international was officially confirmed as Rossonero this afternoon, and the Lupi have released a statement detailing the finances of the transfer.
“AS Roma announces the sale on a permanent basis of Alessio Romagnoli to AC Milan for a fixed fee of €25m,” the Giallorossi announced on their official website.

“AS Roma announces the sale on a permanent basis of Alessio Romagnoli to AC Milan for a fixed fee of €25m,” the Giallorossi announced on their official website.
“Moreover, in the event of a future permanent transfer for the player, Milan will give Roma 30 per cent for a transfer exceeding €25m.”
The transfer marks the second piece of business between the clubs this summer, with Andrea Bertolacci also heading north to San Siro.
