According to the latest rumours out of the Stadio Olimpico, Olsen will be dropped to the bench this evening after a series of howlers.
Olsen was pin-pointed by fans as the worst purchase of former director of sport Monchi’s tenure.
The Sweden international cost €9m from FC Copenhagen as the replacement for Alisson Becker.
So far this term, he has conceded 58 goals in 35 competitive games, keeping seven clean sheets.
Olsen was also in goal for the infamous Coppa Italia 7-1 defeat to tonight’s opponents Fiorentina back in January.
Mirante is 35 years old and had four games in goal this season, keeping only one clean sheet between Serie A and the Champions League.
