Cristante has played in different roles this season, with Paulo Fonseca, who has deployed the product of Milan academy in a three-man defence and in midfield.

Mancini has scored five goals in 30 appearances despite being a centre-back

Both players joined Roma from Atalanta.

Cristante moved to the Stadio Olimpico in a €26m move in 2018, while Mancini joined Roma one year later for €15m.
