Roma are using their Europa League quarter-final win over Milan as an opportunity to take a vacation and celebrate in Inter legend Javier Zanetti’s restaurant.

The Giallorossi emerged 1-0 winners at San Siro last night thanks to a header from Gianluca Mancini on the Paulo Dybala corner.

It is only the first leg and the decider will be at the Stadio Olimpico next Thursday.

Before that, they will be in action on Sunday with a Serie A trip to Udinese, so De Rossi decided not to keep travelling up and down the country.

Instead, they remained in Milan overnight, today trained at Monza’s facilities nearby and will remain in a Milanese hotel until leaving for Udine on Saturday.

During that time off, the Corriere dello Sport writes that De Rossi will also take the entire squad out for a celebratory dinner.

He has not chosen just any restaurant, but El Patio del Gaucho, the venue owned by former Inter legend – and current club vice president – Javier Zanetti.

It is perhaps the best place in Milan to celebrate a win over the Rossoneri.
