Roma and Napoli are reportedly in contact with Diego Costa’s representatives to convince the Atletico Madrid forward about a move to Serie A.

According to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the two clubs have been in touch with the player’s entourage to bring the Spanish 31-year-old to Italy.

Nikola Kalinic is set to return to Atleti and the report claims the Giallorossi could make a move for the 31-year-old, who they also tried to sign in 2013 and 2018.

However, Diego Costa’s contract at the Wanda Metropolitano expires in June 2021 and his current salary in Madrid could provide complicated for the Italians.
