According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma aim to outbid Leicester City for Juventus talent Matias Soulé, who is eager to join his compatriots Paulo Dybala and Leandro Paredes in the capital.

Juventus talent Soulé has attracted interest from Roma and Leicester City and while the Bianconeri have already rejected an opening bid from the Foxes, Roma are preparing the first offer for the ex-Frosinone loanee.

The latest Corriere dello Sport report claims that Soulé wants to join Roma, but remember that last week, Gazzetta reported that the 21-year-old had also given the green light to join Leicester City.

Soulé would play with two compatriots in Rome, Dybala and Paredes. The ex-Frosinone star already visited his Argentinean friends last season and would love to live in the capital, according to the report.

It is evident that agreeing on personal terms won’t be an issue for Roma or Leicester City, but the bigger problem will be to convince Juventus.

The Bianconeri value Soulé between €35m and €40m and have already rejected a €25m bid plus add-ons from the Premier League side.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma are preparing a slightly higher offer for Juventus next week, but it remains to be seen if it will be enough for the Bianconeri.

Roma will likely include higher bonuses and a sell-on clause as the Giallorossi have made Soulé one of their priority targets ahead of another Juventus winger, Federico Chiesa.

  1. He’s good but not for that money. Moffi a better option. Osimhem2.0 and maybe better. If your going to spend 30mill then he’s the man needed. We not looking for friends in Soule & Chiesa. We need a hitman better then Lukaku and Moffi is that. Who is playing RB too like come on Roma! Forza Roma Sempre
