Tuttosport reports that Roma have already reached an agreement with the Brazilian striker, but are negotiating with the Ukrainian champions over a transfer fee.
The newspaper believes that the Giallorossi have offered €2m for a six month loan, with a mandatory redemption clause set at €8m.
The Turin-based daily states that Shakhtar will answer in the next three days, with Salah still on standby if a deal cannot be struck.
