According to Sky Sport Italia, Divock Origi will undergo his medical with Milan on Tuesday before completing a free transfer from Liverpool.

The Belgium international reached an agreement with the Serie A giants several months ago and is now ready to complete his move to the Stadio Meazza.

There were reports that Origi would undergo his medical with Milan next week and Sky Sport Italia confirms that the 27-year-old will land in Italy on Monday and will undergo his medical the following day.

He is the first summer signing for the Rossoneri who may not sign another centre-forward unless Ante Rebic leaves.

Three players Milan could sell to increase transfer budget

He will sign a three-year deal worth €3.5m per season, with an option for a further campaign.

Origi joined Liverpool in 2015 and went out on loan at Wolfsburg in 2017-18. The Belgium international netted 41 goals in 175 appearances with the Premier League giants, including a decisive brace in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals against Barcelona in 2019 and a goal against Tottenham in the Final.

  2. Until the day he signs, i will not stop saying this. DO NOT SIGN THIS PLAYER. I’m not even sure he is a professional football player.
