Inter are expected to be among the busiest clubs in the winter transfer window after Antonio Conte hit out at his hierarchy for planning poorly over the summer.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Giroud has already held talks with the Nerazzurri and given his approval to playing as Romelu Lukaku’s deputy.

The Frenchman’s contract expires at the end of the season and he has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea this term.

Conte knows the 33-year-old well, having been the Blues boss when he arrived from Arsenal in January 2018.

Although he has an €8m salary, it could be spread out by him signing on for two or three seasons.

Elsewhere, La Gazzetta claims the Beneamata are also keen on the Parma pair.

Kulusevski has caught the eye during his loan spell from Atalanta, scoring twice and providing five assists.

The 19-year-old, who is a left-footed right winger, has been extensively scouted by Inter in recent weeks.

Darmian, for his part, is a long-time Conte target and would offer much-needed versatility, given he can play as a wingback on either flank or anywhere in defence.

However, Calciomercato.com warns Suning Group would rather the Nerazzurri take a midfielder younger than Vidal in January.

The Chilean has been flirting with the Milan giants, but there is also the issue of whether he leaves Barcelona on loan or permanently.

Tuttosport concludes the only way he could join Inter is if Barca agree to a loan deal.
