After Sky Sport Italia, now reports in France also claim Fiorentina have agreed a €21m deal with Lille for Jonathan Ikone.
Multiple sources are confident the agreement has been reached ahead of the January transfer window.
Footmercato state the agreement will be worth €21m including the performance-related bonuses, plus a percentage of any future sale.
The only remaining issue is the commission for his agents, but Ikone is eager to complete the move to the Stadio Franchi and Serie A.
The 23-year-old is primarily a right-sided winger, but can also play behind the striker or in a trequartista role.
He already has one goal in four senior caps for France and found the net twice in 22 competitive games for LOSC this season.
A Paris Saint-Germain youth product, this means PSG will receive a 45-50 per cent cut of the Fiorentina fee as part of his original deal to join Lille for €5m in 2018.
