Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has secretly already undergone his medical tests ahead of the free transfer to Juventus, claim reports in Italy.
The France international’s current contract with the Premier League side is due to expire on June 30 and he will not pen an extension.
Instead, despite rumours linking him with Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester City, Pogba is returning to Juventus, where he had the best years of his career.
According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Pogba already had his medical with the Bianconeri doctors, or at least the first part of the tests.
He will sign a three-year contract with option for a fourth, worth €8m per season plus performance-related bonuses.
It is rumoured Pogba is already in the process of moving his things back to Turin, contacting many of the friends he spent time with during his first spell at Juventus.
In truth, he never entirely left, often coming back during time off throughout his Manchester United career.
