There are reports Jose Mourinho is planning a surprise change in goal when Roma take on Milan this evening.

It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

The Giallorossi made the trip up north without the injured Paulo Dybala, Renato Sanches, Chris Smalling, Tammy Abraham and Marash Kumbulla.

Meanwhile, Sardar Azmoun, Evan Ndicka and Houssem Aouar are all away on international duty.

However, according to Sky Sport Italia, Mourinho has decided to make a change in goal and hand the gloves to Mile Svilar.

It would be the first Serie A start of the season for the 24-year-old Serbian shot-stopper, who has made six Europa League appearances this season and one in the Coppa Italia.

Svilar usually gets the Cup competitions, but was dropped in favour of Rui Patricio in the Coppa Italia quarter-final defeat to Lazio midweek.

It now seems as if Mourinho regrets that decision and will return the favour this time around.

Svilar has three previous Serie A appearances for Roma, all in dead rubber games towards the end of last season against Bologna, Fiorentina and Spezia.
