Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo states that the club are looking at former Valencia coach Marcelino, and the 54-year-old has already held meetings with Paolo Maldini and Zvonimir Boban.
The Marcelino thread is also supported by La Repubblica, who state that he's the favourite for the job.
La Gazzetta also suggest that Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis wants Ralf Rangnick, whilst Maldini and Boban would like Max Allegri to return.
Allegri is still under contract with Juventus, and indeed there were rumours of the Bianconeri reportedly contemplating bringing him back, due to the underwhelming performances of Maurizio Sarri.
La Gazzetta also remark that Milan have contacted Atalanta’s director of sport Giovanni Sartori about joining the club for 2020-21.
Sartori has played an instrumental role in La Dea’s rise to prominence in recent years.
