Bologna have missed out on Hearts talent Aaron Hickey, with reports he has decided to join Bayern Munich.
The mid-table Serie A side had been one of the first on the scene for the 18-year-old Scottish defender, but ultimately could not compete with the contract and opportunities of Bayern.
He had also been tracked by Celtic and Olympique Lyonnais.
According to Sky Sport Italia and reports in Scotland, Hickey has accepted the proposal from Bayern.
