Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto meets with Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham today and hopes to return with the go ahead from the player.

Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Giallorossi director is at work in London, as he travelled to the English capital with the intention of returning to Rome with a ‘yes’ from the player.

Roma and Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement for the transfer of the English striker, but Abraham is not convinced and hopes to complete a move to London rivals Arsenal, according to the newspapers.

Roma coach Jose Mourinho has reportedly promised him a bright future in Italy and today could be the decisive day for La Lupa and Abraham.

Roma are willing to pay €45m for the 23-year-old and will include a buy-back clause in the deal with the Blues.

Abraham, capped six times by England, has appeared 82 times for Chelsea, scoring 30 goals in the process.
