According to Sky Sport Italia, Zaniolo had pain in his calf and tests showed there was a slight strain.
He will therefore not be risked and isn’t even expected to be in the squad to face Inter.

Coach Paulo Fonseca assured during today’s press conference that there was no problem with Zaniolo, as the tactician had told him off in interviews for having the ‘wrong attitude’ and ‘not helping’ his teammates when coming off the bench.
