Roma will not continue to collaborate with the head of the medical staff Andrea Causarano after a season marked by many injuries.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the revolution continues at Roma ahead of 2021-22, as the Giallorossi have already signed a three-year deal with Jose Mourinho and continue to make changes to the staff at Trigoria.
