Parma are reportedly giving Fabio Liverani a chance to convince against Atalanta on Wednesday, as the coach oversees today's training.

The former Lecce coach, who was brought in to replace Roberto D’Aversa last summer, has struggled to turn things around and the winless streak was stretched to six games against Torino last night.

Sky Sport Italia reported the coach was being evaluated today and that the Gialloblu considered recalling Roberto D’Aversa, who is still contractually tied to the Crociati.

But Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reveals the Parma board are giving Liverani one last chance to convince against Atalanta on Wednesday.

His future could depend on the performance against La Dea, and the report claimed the coach will be in charge of today’s training and preparation for the match against the Orobici.

Parma are 16th in Serie A after 15 games, one point above relegation, and face Atalanta and Lazio in this week’s two fixtures, before a trip to Sassuolo on January 17.
