Dejan Lovren’s proposed switch to Roma from Liverpool has reportedly fallen through at the 11th hour.
Lovren looked to be on the verge of joining Roma, who seemed to have agreed personal terms and a loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport is now claiming that the deal is off over an extra €1m that the defender wanted in bonuses.

Despite the Croat agreeing to take a pay cut of €1m to join the Giallorossi, the newspaper explains they refused his request to make it back up in addons.
Consequently, the Lupi would now be looking at alternative options to complement new stoppers Gianluca Mancini and Mert Cetin.
