According to Sky Sport Italia, although sacked Roma coach Jose Mourinho has received an offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Shabab, he does not intend to accept it.

The Special One is a free agent now that he has been fired by the Giallorossi, just a few months before his contract was due to expire on June 30.

There were immediately reports that the Saudi Pro League would dive in with a proposal, especially as he had turned them down before in order to remain at the Stadio Olimpico.

However, according to Sky Sport Italia expert Angelo Mangiante, Mourinho has decided not to take the offer from Al-Shabab.

The Portuguese tactician is not going to be short of options, as there are clubs in the Premier League keeping an eye on his future, including Newcastle United.

It has been a rough time for Mourinho, who has now been fired by his last five clubs and was visibly holding back tears as he drove away from the Trigoria training ground for the final time.
