Milan are reportedly prepared to enter talks with Simon Kjaer to renew his deal beyond June 2022.
Tuttosport reports the Dane has convinced the Milan hierarchy and the club could offer him an extension of a further year with the same terms as the current deal.
Kjaer has played all seven games in Serie A this term and has collected 32 competitive games since his move to San Siro in January.
The report reveals the 31-year-old’s current deal is worth €1.2m a season and the Diavolo would like to extend the same agreement with a further year.
