Tests have since ruled out any damage to Kjaer’s right knee after he was an early casualty during Milan’s 4-1 victory over Lecce on Monday.
However, Corriere della Sera warns the Rossoneri are taking no chances over the 31-year-old and will rest him when Roma visit San Siro this weekend.
