Manchester United have reportedly targeted Juventus loanee Cristian Romero, but Atalanta have an option to buy the defender and could ask for €40m.
The defender moved to Atalanta ahead of the season on a paid two-year loan from the Bianconeri and the Orobici signed an agreement with an option to buy the centre-back.
Romero has been a great addition to Gian Piero Gasperini’s side and his value has rocketed over the last year.
