The British newspaper claims Spurs are offering a total of £76.8m including bonuses and have thus reached an agreement with the Beneamata.
But SportItalia claims the player ‘is not for sale’, amid the reported offers from Premier League clubs like Tottenham and Arsenal.
The Italian broadcaster claims Inter are not prepared to let Martinez leave San Siro this summer, as Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku should be the only two big-money departures ahead of 2021-22.
