Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has been offered to Milan on loan, according to reports.

The Spanish international has played just 12 minutes of Premier League football under Antonio Conte so far this season, leading to rumours he could be allowed to leave.

That speculation was played-down by the player himself, but now SportItalia is reporting that the 29-year-old has been offered to Milan.

In the proposed deal, Fabregas would arrive on a loan deal, with the Rossoneri paying his wages for the remainder of the season.

CEO Adriano Galliani is reportedly discussing the move with Coach Vincenzo Montella, and a response will arrive between 1pm and 2pm UK time.

However, Sky reports that Fabregas wasn't offered to Milan, and in fact the Rossoneri got in touch with Chelsea. At the moment there has been no breakthrough.

Meanwhile, Milan TV also confirms contact, but believes that Fabregas wants to stay at Chelsea.
