The Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolò Schira claims the Brazilian midfielder has received an offer of €6m a year plus bonuses from the Toffees.
Allan was one of Ancelotti’s most trusted men at the San Paolo and the former Partenopei coach could be the key to convince the 29-year-old of a move to Goodison Park.

Since his arrival from Udinese in July 2015, Allan has played 203 games for Napoli, including 16 in Serie A this season.
Ancelotti was sacked in December and replaced by Gennaro Gattuso but has allegedly returned to Naples to convince some of his old pupils to follow him to the Premier League.
It has been a tumultuous season at the San Paolo for Allan, who was credited with being one of the instigators in the so-called ‘player mutiny’ that led to Aurelio De Laurentiis sacking Carlo Ancelotti.
He has been in and out of the side since then and has struggled to convince Gattuso and looks set to be on his way to pastures new this summer.
