Torino coach Marco Giampaolo could reportedly lose his job unless the Granata pick up three points against Crotone on Sunday.

Tuttomercatoweb claims the former Milan coach, who was sacked by the Rossoneri after only seven games in 2019-20, could face a similar destiny at the Grande Torino.

Giampaolo’s men have picked up one point from five games so far this term and only newly promoted Crotone are worse off in Serie A.

The report mentions Roberto D’Aversa and Leonardo Semplici as two of the alternatives to replace the current coach, who prepares his team to face Genoa on Wednesday, recovering the postponed fixture initially scheduled in October.

Giampaolo has only picked up one point, against Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium, since he took over in Turin and the results this week could go a long way in deciding his future at the helm.

TMW claims the match against Crotone will be the decisive one.
