Former Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi wants to become a coach but was reportedly forced to turn down three different jobs in Serie A.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals he had to turn down the first offer from Fiorentina, who allegedly offered him a chance to start his coaching career at the Artemio Franchi during Beppe Iachini’s most critical moment last season.

The former Italy international hadn’t been enrolled in the UEFA course by the time the Viola contacted him and had no chance to receive official authorisation to take the job.
