Juventus winger Federico Chiesa’s value increases with every match and La Gazzetta dello Sport claims he’s soon worth €100m, making him the most valuable Italian player.

The Bianconeri picked up Chiesa from Fiorentina ahead of 2020-21 and his development at the Allianz Stadium has been significant.

Chiesa has established himself as a key player at Juve and with Italy, and is close to having doubled in value after only one season, according to the newspaper.

The 23-year-old completed a €50m transfer plus €10m in bonuses from the Viola to Juventus and has since played 50 games with the Bianconeri.

Chiesa has scored 16 goals and provided 11 assists since moving to Continassa and La Gazzetta points at a rapid increase in his worth, closing in at a valuation of €100m.

Wallabies and CIES values Chiesa between €72.9m and €88.3m, but the youngster continues to be at the forefront of the current Juventus and is definitely one for the future in Turin, meaning his value will swiftly increase even further.

10 thought on “Juventus winger Chiesa the most valuable Italian?”
  1. Still remember the tons of Milan fans objecting to his quality when he was rumoured for our right wing before he signed for Juve.
Never understood the scepticism as he has always been a protagonist.

  2. If he’s an English player his value would be $250 mil. Not sure why Italian ready to sell/value players a bit down.

  3. As i am sports reporter and believe the young Italian player is very talented i my self evauate him as much over at £200m inthe next year and can win Ballon d ero because he deserve to over turn Messi and Ronaldo era

  4. @Rosso Joburg, no idea what you’re talking about, I never heard anything but admiration for him, but at 60 mil he was never in our budget.

  5. After Jack grealish transfer , 100 mil for chiesa is more of a joke offer.. should start somewhere north of 150 mil…

  6. The Calcio Daily podcast described Chiesa as a generational player.

He should be the first on the Azzurri teamsheet for the next 10 years, hopefully he will not be tempted to the cash of the Premier League.

  7. No question of where he is today and his growth since last year. Question is if he didn’t leave Fiorentina would we have seen this version of Freddy Church or would he need a few more seasons?

  8. Absolutely the most valuable. He’s phenomenal. I just hope he doesn’t end up at Liverpool and end up on the bench.
I hope he stays in Italy

  9. @jimmy

Probably not. He left exactly when he should have. But I think he would be even more appreciated in the EPL because of his playing style and wouldn’t be surprised if he after another two seasons in Turin leave for English soil.
