Chelsea are willing to allow reported Juventus target Timo Werner leave on loan, it has been claimed.

The Germany international has fallen down the pecking order under Thomas Tuchel following the arrival of Raheem Sterling from Manchester City.

Juve have reportedly been keen for Álvaro Morata to return to the club on loan from Atlético Madrid but are struggling to strike a deal.

And Fabrizio Romano claims Werner could be available on loan and that the Bianconeri, as well as the forward’s former club RB Leizpig, are interested.

However, the report stresses not contacts have been made over Werner’s future.

Werner joined Chelsea in 2020 and was considered one of the most exciting young forwards in the game following his performances for Leipzig.

But he struggled to find goals consistently and Chelsea brought in Romelu Lukaku from Inter for €115 million just 12 months later.

Werner has scored 23 times in 89 matches for Chelsea.

  1. They are also interested in bringing back Pjanic and been sounding out Veretout at the behest of Project Max, Rise of the Slower Ball Bridge to Nowhere. So much for SMS. This club has lost its way, has no ideas and couldn’t even have the competence to check Tik Tok Paul thoroughly. Inter or Milan will be the winners of Serie a, Roma maybe third, 4th spot tripleta secured and CL humiliation is guaranteed.

  2. This guy ^^^ actually thinks Inter have a chance of winning Serie A with the whole team on the market. Hilarious. I guess over the past 12 months Inter fans have had to develop a sense of humour to cope

  3. Fantastic news, super striker and I am not sure who will score more vlaho or werner, one of my favorite players, just hope he will adapt soon and will be better than oliver bierhoff in serie a, now we will be calm that will have super striker anytime if something happens to vlaho

  4. Werner is player very Similar to Morata. He is full of running, has very good pace, but also misses a lot of sitters. I would rather have Morata back as he is familiar with the league and the team. Werner is a descent option though.

  5. Juve please buy Nabil Fekir till Milan are sleeping, and we will not need to worry about pogba replacement. Thats huge superstar player and cheap
