Rennes have qualified for the Champions League group stage, so are more of a tempting prospect than they would’ve been last year.

The 26-year-old is under contract until June 2024, so could be allowed to go out on loan with option to buy.

He has also been linked with Arsenal, Valencia and Benevento.
