The third team to be relegated into Serie B will be decided this evening, so read up on what Empoli, Udinese and Frosinone need to avoid the drop.

Sassuolo and Salernitana have already been mathematically relegated, so there is only one slot remaining to go down this summer.

Going into the final games of the season, Frosinone are on 35 points, Udinese have 34 and Empoli 33.

Kicking off at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT) are both Frosinone vs. Udinese and Empoli vs. Roma.

There is still the possibility of a play-off between Empoli and Udinese if these teams finish level on 34 points.

If Empoli beat Roma, then they will be safe in Serie A regardless of the other result.

This is because on 36 points they’d leapfrog one of the other two whatever happens.
