Atalanta Coach Edy Reja says his team needs more concentration and warns: “Against Inter perfection won't be enough”.

La Dea's Coppa Italia play-off against Lega Pro side Cittadella was brushed aside with a smooth 3-0, but their debut Serie A match against Inter will be another story.

“The result aside, I was interested in seeing the way the team had developed,” Reja told the Press after the game.

“In the first half we played well but we didn't convert, and this shouldn't be happening.

“The result aside, I was interested in seeing the way the team had developed,” Reja told the Press after the game.

“In the first half we played well but we didn't convert, and this shouldn't be happening.

“From this point of view we need to make some progress.

“I told the team not to underestimate games like these. We had some defensive weaknesses and as a result we had some trouble.

“I'm moderately satisfied about our performance and our game, we showed continuity on both sides of the pitch.”

Reja then went on to discuss the team's Serie A debut against Inter.

“It's an exceptionally important debut, it couldn't have been better.

“We'll prepare ourselves so we can make it a rough game for a team of such high level as Inter.

“To earn a positive result we'll need more than perfection.”
