Tijjani Reijnders and Alessio Romagnoli are among the players suspended for this weekend in Serie A following red cards.

They both saw red for stopping a clear goal-scoring opportunity, leaving their teams down to 10 men.

Reijnders was sent off for Milan, although they managed to hold on and earn the victory over Udinese anyway, and received a one-match ban.

The same punishment was meted out to Lazio defender Romagnoli following his dismissal in the defeat to Juventus.

Theo Hernandez continues the two-match ban he received for insulting the referee after the loss to Fiorentina, so he too is suspended for Milan’s Week 8 trip to Bologna.

Lecce defender Antonino Gallo has also been given a one-match ban for his red card against Fiorentina.

There is an updated list of the players who are now one yellow card away from suspension in Serie A.

They are Genoa defender Koni De Winter, Verona midfielder Ondrej Duda and Monza centre-back Armando Izzo.
