According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the penalty kick awarded to Juventus against Atalanta was wrong while both Marten de Roon and Cristian Romero should have been sent off and the same is true of Milan Skriniar in Inter-Napoli.

Davide Massa, the referee of Inter-Napoli sent off Lorenzo Insigne who insulted him. Each one of the three Italian sports papers believe the decision was correct, despite Gennaro Gattuso’s protests after the final whistle.
The penalty kick awarded to the Nerazzurri for a foul by David Ospina on Matteo Darmian is a correct decision while, according to Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan Skriniar should have been sent off as he deserved a second yellow card for a foul on Hirving Lozano.
The performance of the referee is below par for all three Italian sports papers as Massa as lost the control of the game not applying yellow cards judiciously. “The second half was like a wild west,” writes La Gazzetta dello Sport.

A penalty kick awarded to Juventus against Atalanta is also creating debate. According to both La Gazzetta dello Sport Il Corriere dello Sport Hans Hateboer’s challenge on Federico Chiesa was not worthy a spot kick.
As per Tuttosport, the decision was correct.
Il Corriere dello Sport claims Doveri made two more mistakes as both Marten de Roon and Cristian Romero should have been sent off.
The Dutchman for a reckless tackle on Juan Cuadrado in the second half while the Argentinean defender should have received a second yellow card for a foul on Alvaro Morata. De Roon admitted on social media after the game he deserved a red card.
Doveri is rated 4.5 by Il Corriere dello Sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport and 6.5 by Tuttosport.
Genoa-Milan’s referee Daniele Orsato was the best one of the night, he was right not to give a penalty kick to the Rossoneri despite the protests of Franck Kessié who was tackled by Andrea Masiello.
The Genoa defender touched the ball first and Orsato is rated 6.5 by Il Corriere dello Sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport, 7 by Tuttosport.
