Alexis Sanchez has only made return to training today and Conte hinted the Chile star is not fully fit to start against the Merengues.
If Sanchez will start on the bench Ivan Perisic could play close to Lautaro.
Milan Skriniar has recovered from Covid and there are no more Inter players who are positive while Real Madrid’s Eder Militao will miss the game as he has contracted the virus.
Skriniar, however, is not expected to start as Conte should play with Danilo D’Amrbosio, Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni at the back.
Christian Eriksen is also expected to start on the bench with Nicolò Barella playing as attacking midfielder behind the two strikers.
