Juventus are looking around for buyers for Denis Zakaria and RC Lens have reportedly added the West Ham linked midfielder to their list of possible targets.
The 26-year-old Swiss midfielder only spent six months in Turin last season before heading to Chelsea on a season-long loan deal with a buy option attached. He hardly made a splash in West London, seeing just 413 minutes of Premier League action across seven matches.
Zakaria has now returned to Juventus but is not part of the project in the Piedmont capital. In recent days, the club have been in talks with West Ham regarding a possible deal this summer.
As reported by Foot Mercato, Lens are also interested in picking up Zakaria in the coming months as they look to strengthen their squad following their unexpected second place finish in Ligue 1.
The French side have qualified for the Champions League and are now looking to add a few reinforcements to Franck Haise’s squad.
