Rastelli delight at Cagliari win

Cagliari Coach Massimo Rastelli is delighted with the improvements his side are making following their 4-1 win over Genoa.

The Sardinians initially fell behind against the Rossoblu but were ahead before half time. Further goals by Marco Borriello and Diego Farias then sealed the points for Rastelli's team.

"We had started really well, then Genoa took control," the tactician said of his team's showing. "We did well to turn the score around in the first half.

"In the second, it was just us. It was a shame about Marco Capuano's dismissal.

"I thank the fans who came to the stadium despite the cold.

"In general, the team has been great. With small adjustments we are improving defensively. We are giving away less to our opponents."
