Andrea Ranocchia’s move from Inter to Sampdoria will reportedly be made official on Thursday.

The defender has been heavily linked with a loan move to the Blucerchiati, as he seeks playing time ahead of this summer’s European Championships.

According to Calciomercato, the transfer is a done deal at this point, with Ranocchia set to move on a straight loan with no obligation to buy.

However, the centre-back will only move on Thursday, as the Nerazzurri face Juventus in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, and Ranocchia may be needed.
