Former Inter Coach Claudio Ranieri insists reports of Spartak Moscow offering him a job “is news to me.”
The tactician was fired by the Nerazzurri this month and replaced by youth team boss Andrea Stramaccioni.
Today there were reports from Russian media that Spartak Moscow had prepared an intriguing package to tempt him into a new job.
“Excuse me, but I have decided not to talk to journalists for a while,” was Ranieri’s response when asked about the rumours.
“As for Spartak, it’s news to me. I can only assume the reports come from Russia, because they have not appeared in Italy before now, or at least I’d not heard them.”
