Midfielder Aaron Ramsey said superstar Cristiano Ronaldo helped him settle at Juventus and revealed he might end his career at Cardiff.
The Welsh hero moved from Arsenal to Juventus last summer and in a direct session on Instagram, he told his followers how Ronaldo helped him ‘feel at ease’ in Turin.
“In addition to being an incredible player, Cristiano is also a very good person, one of the best in the history of football,” Ramsey said. “When I saw him at the first training session, I went to the canteen and he asked me to sit with him.
“We talked a lot and it struck me because it immediately made me feel at ease. Cristiano is a wonderful person. He loves his teammates and always gives his best in training.”
The 29-year-old moved from Cardiff to Arsenal in July 2008 and doesn’t exclude returning to finish career with the Bluebirds.
“Thanks to them, I became a professional footballer,” he said. “So, one day I could go back. Why not? But right now, nobody knows.”
