“This derby is one of the biggest games in Europe and we are ready to play with heart,” he told Milan Channel.
“We played well against Sampdoria and had 10 days to prepare for this derby. I think if we have the same approach as with Samp then at the end of the day we will be victorious.
“I am ready and I’m fortunate to have the opportunity of playing a derby like this with Milan. I will give anything the team needs, play where I have to and always give 100 per cent for Milan.
“We have a great deal of respect for Inter, but we don’t fear them. I’d love to score, but it would be the icing on the cake, as first of all we need to win.”
Riccardo Montolivo is back in the squad almost six months since fracturing his tibia in an Italy friendly against the Republic of Ireland.
“I really like Montolivo, he’s a great player with real class and the team misses him,” added Rami.
