Super agent Mino Raiola has promised Inter that he will present a significant offer for Stefan de Vrij soon.

The 29-year-old Dutch centre back’s contract expires with the Nerazzurri in 2023 and a renewal doesn’t seem close, with the Milanese club instead looking to make room for Bremer. As such, they’re willing to sell De Vrij in order to generate some cash to reinvest into their incoming market.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Raiola has promised Inter CEO Beppe Marotta that he’ll present a €20-25m offer for De Vrij. The Nerazzurri are waiting attentively, ready to immediately reinvest that money.

The Nerazzurri are currently in talks with Torino for Bremer, hoping to beat out the competition from Milan, Juventus and interested Premier League clubs. The Granata want around €25 million for his signature.

De Vrij, who joined Inter in 2018 from Lazio, has made 22 appearances across all competitions this season under coach Simone Inzaghi.

  1. The way I see it the players who let this guy be their agent also have problems and always end in a bad way.

  2. I will never forget how he allowed the goal in the last game of the season to allow Inter into UCL and knocking Lazio out. Right before he moved to Inter.

Apparently you’ve forgotten already, because he didn’t allow a goal, he caused a penalty

What was De Vrij supposed to do? Let Icardi score? It was the mistake of Luiz Felipe for ruining the offside trap to begin with. Watch the highlights if you do not remember.

  5. Who`s coming up with these figures? Surely the best defender in Serie A is worth more than €20-25m.

Even according to transfermarkt, his value is €45m.
