There is reportedly also a percentage of a future transfer fee included for Lille, which RMC Sport claim is up to 20 per cent.
Leao scored eight goals with two assists in 24 Ligue 1 appearances last season.
Meanwhile, Flamengo defender Leo Duarte has postponed his flight to Milan until tomorrow, having already said goodbye to his teammates in Brazil.
That transfer is worth €10m plus €1m in bonuses.
