Portuguese forward Rafael Leao has revealed that he is working hard on the “defensive aspect of my game” and dreams of winning the Scudetto with Milan.
Leao arrived from LOSC Lille last summer in a €23m transfer from Ligue 1 to Serie A and the centre-forward has played 21 Serie A games this campaign.
After scoring eight goals in 26 games for Lille, the former Sporting CP forward has only contributed two League goals for the Rossoneri so far.

But he reveals that coach Stefano Pioli has helped him develop and points out that they are working on improving his defensive duties.
“Especially on the defensive aspect of my game,” he told Calcio2000. “And I think the results are starting to show.
“Every day I work to improve some aspects of my game. The defensive phase is very important for an attacker in today’s football.”
Milan haven’t won a title since the Scudetto under Massimiliano Allegri in 2010-11, but Leao has revealed that they’re aiming to get back on top in Italy, and maybe even Europe.
“It would be fantastic to win the Scudetto with Milan and then maybe bring the Champions League home,” he concluded in the interview with Calcio2000.
Serie A is suspended with Milan seventh in the standings, three points behind Napoli at sixth, currently occupying the last place qualifying for the Europa League.
Milan were also scheduled to play Juventus in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia when the campaign had to stop – tied at 1-1 after the first leg.
