Nonetheless, he was named in the XI and went through the warm-up, but Hoedt was also warming up along with his teammates.
It proved to be a wise decision, because Radu pulled out midway through after consulting with Inzaghi and is sent to the stands.
Hoedt starts instead, with Luiz Felipe and Thomas Strakosha already out injured.
