Borussia Dortmund have made an offer for Lautaro Martinez, but Racing Club President Victor Blanco admits it’s “too late, as he will play for Inter.”
The reports emerged that the Bundesliga side had made a proposal worth €32.5m for the striker, considerably more than the €26.8m agreed with Inter.
“Lautaro Martinez will play for Inter,” confirmed Racing President Blanco on Sportia and La 990 Radio.

“Lautaro Martinez will play for Inter,” confirmed Racing President Blanco on Sportia and La 990 Radio.
“Unfortunately for us, Borussia Dortmund arrived too late with their offer. The move to Inter is 99 per cent done and it’ll be very difficult for Lautaro to remain with us after June.
“As far as Racing are concerned, Lautaro Martinez is an Inter player. I think there are a few details missing between the player and Inter, including a medical, but the player has already signed paperwork with Inter.
“The only one who can change his mind is the player, because Racing has concluded negotiations with Inter and the deal is done.
“Borussia Dortmund arrived too late and they have no chance.”
