“We were angry after the draw with Verona, because we started the game well, we took the lead, played with intensity, so we should’ve controlled the game better at the end,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

Spezia are no pushovers, as they beat then-leaders Milan 2-0 last month to transform the title race.

“They are a team who can beat anyone, so we must be concentrated. They attack with many players and we need to be wary, but otherwise we have the quality and can score goals, so we only have to focus on our own strengths.”

Juve are now 10 points adrift of leaders Inter, albeit with a game in hand, but Rabiot maintains they are still in the hunt for the title.

“There are still many games to go, many points up for grabs. We have to believe, we are a squad full of champions and must do everything to take this Scudetto.”
