After securing Victor Osimhen on loan from Napoli, Galatasaray have also asked after Adrien Rabiot, but the former Juventus midfielder is unconvinced.

The Turkish transfer window is still open until September 13, which means they are one of the only available options for players who are still unhappy or excluded from their clubs after the summer.

They took advantage of that situation to swoop for Osimhen on loan from Napoli, albeit paying his €10m salary.

Rabiot also on Galatasaray radar

Now RMC Sport and Sportitalia both report that Galatasaray have also approached free agent Rabiot, whose contract with Juventus was allowed to run down.

However, both sources also note that the France international is not enthusiastic about the proposal and would prefer to wait and see if there are other options.

He can afford to wait, because clubs can continue to sign free agents throughout the season.

The midfielder was linked with various clubs including Milan, Napoli, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
