Transfer pundit Matteo Moretto thinks Stefano Sensi will rule out a free transfer to Leicester City next summer, joining a different club as a free agent.

Sensi’s Inter contract expires this coming June, and the Italian midfielder is not expected to sign a new deal with the Serie A giants, meaning he’ll leave the Stadio Meazza on a free transfer.

The former Sampdoria and Monza loanee was on the verge of joining Enzo Maresca’s Leicester City in the winter transfer window, but his transfer collapsed on the deadline day.

The Foxes are believed to be still interested in the 28-year-old Italian midfielder, but according to Football Italia transfer expert Matteo Moretto, Sensi ‘could open up different opportunities for him.’

Moretto told Caught Offside that Leicester City seem a less-likely destination for Sensi now that a permanent transfer to the King Power Stadium has collapsed, so the Italian midfielder will probably choose a different destination when he leaves the Nerazzurri at the end of his contract in June.
